At the Rainell you can embark on a journey without having to leave your chair. Chef Luca Grattoni whisks you away on a journey through South Tyrol's mountains, to southern climes and to exotic destinations. Together with his team, he conjures up dishes from around the world without losing sight of our roots. The journey for the ingredients that get into the pots is kept as short as possible. Every day, something new is created from the first-class regional products with a great sense of authentic taste and a good portion of joy in experimenting. The “works of art”, as many guests praise them, are often the main reason for a return visit to Rainell.

Healthy breakfast

Start the day according to your taste: with a large selection of fruit, yoghurt from South Tyrol, fresh juices, Tyrolean sausages and cured meats and baked goods, fresh from the oven. In summer, in addition to the delicacies on your plate, you can also enjoy the morning sun on the terrace.

Evening menu

The four-course evening menu begins with a salad buffet with vegetables and small starters, followed by Italian and local dishes. The gourmet experience is rounded off by a fine selection of the best South Tyrolean and Italian wines.

Tasteful ambience

Your evening menu is served in the dining room or in the Tyrolean themed parlour "Tiroler Stube". After dinner, your holiday adventures can come to a relaxed end at the house bar. The garden is also an ideal place for spending long summer evenings outdoors - in complete peace and quiet, far removed from any street noise.

Grander water

When it comes to water, we follow the kilometre-0 principle. The treasured water from springs in the Dolomites is bottled directly in the house, vitalised with the Grander system and served in our own glass bottles. By doing so, we avoid plastic and unnecessary transport routes.

Our cuisine is neither just Alpine nor just Mediterranean, nor can it be pigeon-holed in any other way. To offer every guest something special: that is my goal. That's why we are also open to vegetarian and vegan variations as well as food intolerances. So that everyone can enjoy themselves without worries.
