If you will arrive after 7 pm, please let us know in advance.
Baby beds as well as high chairs for the dining room are available upon request.
- Breakfast on the day of arrival: € 25.00 per person
- Dinner when booking with breakfast: € 50.00 per person
These services may only be booked upon availability to be checked on site.
In the event of cancellations or cancellations at short notice, the international hotel contract conditions apply.
- For cancellations up to 3 months before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- For cancellations from 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking value.
- For 1 month to 1 week before arrival, we charge 70% of the booking value.
- In the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the booking value.
Services not used (especially meals) will not be refunded.
Please do not forget to also think about taking out a travel cancellation insurance. Something can always happen before the start of a trip: If you delay or cancel your stay or leave early, cancellation fees may be charged.
We have four charging stations for e-cars at 11kW each, which can be used for an additional fee. Reservation is recommended, however not necessary.
Forgotten items will be returned upon request using a local, trustworthy service.
A late departure is only possible upon request and for a fee, depending on our availability to be checked on site.
One parking spot per room on our private outdoor space is guaranteed.
Garage spots can be reserved in advance for an additional cost of € 10.00 per night.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, advance bank transfer and cash.

Prices vary depending on the season, length of stay and booking situation. This allows us to guarantee the best prices for early bookers.
For a binding booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid. Your reservation is only considered binding once the deposit has been received. You can pay the deposit by bank transfer or credit card.
Deposits will be kept as a cancellation fee, except if you have taken out travel cancellation insurance in accordance with the insurance conditions.
A strict ban on smoking applies throughout the house. All rooms and apartments have a balcony or terrace.
We are obliged to charge a local tax of € 3.90 per person per night for all guests aged 14 and over (€ 2.90 for our apartment guests). The local tax is not included in the price of the stay.
