Our steps to ensure our guests’ safety and well-being

Health comes first!

We are happy to see you are looking forward to your next vacation in the Dolomites and we understand there is a lot of uncertainty attached to this desire. To help you arrange your travel plans we have revised our cancellation policy. At Alpenhotel Rainell and Apartment Rainell we will do all that is possible to ensure our guests’ safety and serenity.

This page gives you an overview of the measures we are taking and some frequently asked questions. All information will be updated according to developments of the situation and legal provisions.

What you need to know if you already made a reservation or are planning to make one:

• In case of a short-term introduction of the lock-down under the date of stay and/or in case of extended travel restrictions, the cancellation is always free.
• Please consider stipulating a travel insurance which will cover you in case of illness or contraction with Covid-19. We will send you the form within the booking confirmation mail.

Our measures to ensure safety:

The health and safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. For us, cleanliness has always been a fundamental matter. However, we have implemented additional hygiene and cleaning policies to provide a safe and healthy environment for both guests and staff:

• Increased cleaning and hygiene protocols
• Sanitization of rooms and common areas
• Use of certified cleaning products
• Distributors of disinfectants in public areas
• Regular disinfection of exposed surfaces
• Protection in the buffet area and at the reception
• Reorganization of common areas to ensure safe distances

To defeat the Covid-19 we will be cautious, wash our hands frequently, smile behind the masks and welcome you with all of our warmth at six feet away! This doesn’t mean we are going to stop. We will pay attention to every gesture, but we will welcome you with our usual hospitality!
According to legal regulations, some inclusive services might not be available for the time being.
