Information

The reservation is confirmed once we receive a security deposit of Euro 400,00 per room. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be returned. If possible, please date your arrival and depart on a Saturday. We kindly ask our guests to vacate the rooms by 10 a.m. Your room will be ready at 3 p.m. The indicated prices can be altered if government taxes are augmented.

All rooms are equipped with private bath room/WC, satellite TV (CNN available), safe, minibar, direct-dial phone, hair dryer and bathrobe. Our inclusive prices are per person/day and include the following facilities:
use of the sauna, steam bath, “Kneip” basin and whirlpool, rest zone (extra charge for the solarium and whirl pool); use of the fitness room; playing tennis in the Tenniscenter of Ortisei (4 indoor and 4 outdoor tennis courts); use of the swimming-pools Mar Dolomit “ www.mardolomit.com in Ortisei (sport pool, children pool, sole pool, outdoor pool, warm currents, vapour jets…)

All rooms are equipped with private bath room/WC, satellite TV (CNN available), internet wireless 5,00 Euro, safe, minibar, direct-dial phone, hair dryer and bathrobe. We only accept written confirmations. For the payment we accept cash, checks and major credit cards as Cartasí, Eurocard, Visa and ATM.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a down payment. The down payment can be paid by bank transfer, postal money order or credit card. The down payment will be withheld as compensation for cancelled reservations unless the guest has taken out a travel cancellation insurance policy in advance: in this case, we will comply with the conditions described in the policy.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For reservations cancelled up to a month prior to the start of the vacation period, the down payment will be withheld as compensation. For cancellations from 30 to 14 days in advance, we will charge 50% of the entire reservation period. For cancellations of 13 days or less in advance, and in case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 80% of the total.

Trip ensurrance

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by ELVIA Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

Our rent service will enthusiasm you! After having chosen the equipment ideal for skiing at “Carlo’s Rental Test & Ski Service” in Ortisei, the equipment will be brought to the hotel and will be picked up at the end of the stay, without any inconvenience for you. Easy, isn’t it?

Ski preparation
“IN HOUSE SKI SERVICE” give you the possibility to fix your ski without having to bring them anywhere, but only filling out a simple coupon at the reception (within 5:30 pm). This service will be put on your hotel account.
